  • Use tinfoil as a base, use as needed

  • Start wrapping polymer clay around the tinfoil.

  • Continue to layer til satisfied with the size.

  • Mold out features.

  • Add already shaped out fins.

  • Secure fins with clay.

  • Smooth out.

  • Detail (e.g. nicks, scars),

  • Bake according to polymer clay brand's instructions.

  • Let sit & cool off.

  • Once cooled off, sand figurine to smooth out & remove finger prints.

  • Clean with water & dry with towel.

  • Start off painting the white & gray patches until opaque.

  • Paint in the rest.

  • Wait until 24 hrs or til paint is 100% dry before applying a  seal of your choice.

  • Let seal dry for however long it's required (depending on seal's brands & instructions).
